About Workflow

This project was conducted in parallel with an IT initiative to redesign a digital asset management tool for creative content. My team was a small and scrappy group of passion-lead people inspired by Adaptive Path’s process to develop a workflow tool informed by the people who will use it.  Our team’s final recommendation included insights gained from contextual research translated into wireframes and high fidelity mockups. At the end of our exploration IT did adopt many of our recommendations which resulted in a more user-centric solution informed by the people who will use it.

  • Promote themselves
  • Give and get genuine feedback
